While many stains and slight odors may be removed during our normal carpet cleaning procedure. Many stains and odors have been subjected to neglect and numerous stain removers which may have set the stains. Odors may have penetrated the carpet padding and subfloor which will not be removed through normal carpet cleaning procedures.
Pet owners need to be aware that pet stains may not seem to be large visually, however numerous small stains can cause substainial odor and unsightly stains.
Never use a powerded deodorizer in your carpet its removal will be a difficult task and most likely add to cleaning charges!
How Expensive is Sub Surface Extraction?
Prices are addtional to carpet cleaning charges.
Prices are per area smaller areas 6" - 8" surface size $25.00
10" - 12" surface size$35.00
Multiple areas will receive discounted pricing.
Is Stain and Odor Removal Guaranteed?
If all animals are removed from the premises we will guarantee the service we performed. We cannot guarantee that additional odor and or stain will not return from untreated, contaminated sub floor or padding with climate changes increasing humidity.
If sub flooring has been cleaned and sealed properly with proof of such and padding has been replaced with proof as such then we will guarantee the carpet areas we treat and extract.
