LOW MOISTURE
                      CHEMICAL FREE- CLEAN AND SANITIZE TILE & GROUT

                         WE now offer alternatives to cleaning tile and grout. 
 
  Normally a technician will clean tile using high pressure equipment 1000-1200 psi (pounds per square inch) basically power washing your tile after prespraying with chemicals. This is very effective and quick, however that much pressure can remove grout and hopefully chemical odors won't bother you, most they do not, rinsing with that much pressure should eliminate any residual odors.  We have decided we would rather use our alternative method. VAPOR STEAM!

  Another method we use that is effective is old fashioned but tried and true, more of a commercial application than residential. Floor scrubbing machine, little water pressure mechanical action to clean and scrub, followed by vacuuming up water, and rinsing and mopping.

  I saved my personal favorite for last, I like VAPOR STEAM for myself and my family it not only cleans but sanitizes. Only using 65 psi and producing 280 degree's of vapor steam it can cut through soil and grease using only distilled water. Because it relies on vapor steam very LOW MOISTURE is used and more controllable than high pressure systems. Not as quick as some with this system but we would rather provide high quality than splash and dash to our customers. Another plus is its  GREEN cleaning- safe for you, your family, and our planet.
